Pokemon:20 4x Kabuto(neo2) 4x Kabutops(neo2) 3x Scyther/Onix 3x Scizor(Neo2)/Steelix 2x Cleffa 2x Elekid 2x Tyrogue
Energy:15 7x Fighting Energy 4x Metal 4x Recycle
Trainers:25 4x Elm 4x F.Eggs 4x Double Gust 4x Focus Band 3x Gold Berry 3x NGR 2x Breeder's Field 1x Trash Exchange(get back whatever to deck) ____________________ Questions: 1. How do you count the damage done by Scizor(neo2)? 2. Can you put in more than 4 Promo Fighting Energies in this deck? ____________________ Which is better, Steelix or Scizor(neo2)
Advantages
1. Steelix - High HP - High Damage - Resistance to Grass - Basic uses Fighting Energy
2. Scizor(neo2) - Same HP as Kabutops - Resistance to Grass - Low retreat cost - 1st attack is good against Pokemon with high HP - Low attack cost
Disadvantages
1. Steelix - High retreat cost(need to put in Balloon Berry in deck) - Uses Metal Energy
2. Scizor - HP lower than Steelix - Basic uses Grass Energy(not in deck) - Uses Metal Energy
Please tell me which one to put in, Steelix or Scizor.
-------------------- Scyther is fast, but not as fast as Scizor.
Scyther is strong, but not as strong as Scizor.
Scyther has a few attacks, but Scizor has more attacks.
Scyther is a Grass Pokemon, Scizor is not(HAHAHA!!!)

I think Steelix is better so that you can use it to stall . Scizor is not so good because Scyther needs grass energy for it . Unless you play in unlimited format it will be difficult and I mean DIFFICULT to use it .

i have actualy found that scizor has been better for me... mainly if you play alot of draw you can always get a metal or if you dont you still have an attack that you can fall back on that is great... the only bad thing is the hp... i would use either a 4 gold or 4 focus but thats up to you

Steelix all the way man! I've used Kabulix decks before and they work very well. Oh, and for the fix, if you use Steelix put some Neo Rev. Aerodactyl in your deck. Do up to 110 damage with a Steelix is a lot of fun!
-------------------- The Evolution of Steelix: My many Steelix deck versions: Electro-Crush (Rockets Zapdos) Steel-Slash (Rocket's Scyther) Steelix's Memory (Neo 3 Aerodactyl) Whirpool Crush (Umbreon, Dark Vaporeon) Crush Down (Arcanine) Kabulix (Kabutops) Steeleon (Espeon, holo Discovery)
And maybe more to come!
New Project: Swap n' Memory Raging (Aerodactyl [Revelation], Alakazam [Base/LC])
Espeon is 1!

Thanks for the replies. The problem with Steelix is its retreat cost because you need to add in Balloon Berry.
Extreme Espeon - Don't you think there are too many evolutions going on in my deck?
1 more thing, please answer my questions.
