I'd drop the Rocket's Hideouts. It may help you a little against bench damage, but that's about it. The way this deck is built, with not enough energy for DVP to even attack, an active DVP means you're already doomed [Frown] , unless you've got another prepped on the bench or can play one after Hay Fever is over.
I'd also consider something for getting those precious special energies back. Though you've got cover from ER's, the KO's are gonna take out the other energies you need [Eek!] .
Maybe drop the Oaks for Elms since you don't have a way to get anything back once you throw it away [Embarrassed] .
[Cool] Just general play advice, be careful when you play DVP. You've got a lot of important trainers that you won't be able to use once the big flower hits the table. Make sure you're commited to the way the battlefield is set up. I play DVP myself and it can be tricky to find the right time to play her. Once you do get her in play, take out any of your opponents Cleffa's as soon as possible [Devilish] to keep them from getting more pokemon and energies to mount an offensive.
Sorry for the long drawn out reply. Just wanted to be thorough. [Bounce]

I know it might be counterproductive to you but if you Lass on 1st turn with a Cleffa out front Eeeking and a benched Oddish chances are that on turn 3 you will have Dark Vile and then chances are that your opponent will not be able to recover to use trainers.

-1 Dark Muk
-1 Dark Vileplume

+2 Lass

I use Dark Vaporeon for my support.
No Trainers, no energy, no opposition.

uh, standart dark vileplume, this doesn't works anymore, that igglybuff stopped our party =/ , anyway, for the deck:

-3 onix
-3 steelix
-2 oak
-1 dark vileplume
-2 rainbow
+2 elm
+3 Chansey (clean!)
+2 Unown N (chansey self-damage reduced)
+4 gold berry

Yeah, now w/ a good cleaner, it's better lol.
And pokepop: hope you said to use dk vaporeon in a modified deck hehe.

hope it helps!
