Simple, get out Moltres and the Typhlosions, Wildfire your opponent's deck, fire recharge Moltres. Use the Cleffa or the Enteis to shield Moltres while you build up, and use the healing trainers to keep everyone alive. Note: this is for the new Modified as used at Origins and the Worlds.
4 Moltres 3 Cleffa 2 Entei L24 4 Typhlosion 4 Quilava 4 Cyndaquil
3 Pokemon Trader 3 Pokemon Breeder 3 Focus Band 3 Double Gust 3 Professor Elm 3 Gold Berry 2 Healing Fields

Don't like to reply to my own topic, but an edit and clarification of the format later, I was hoping someone might give me some feedback...

I'd try something like this ...
3 Moltres 3 Cleffa 2 Magby 4 Cyndaquil 4 Quilava 4 Typhlosion
4 Professor Elm 3 Focus Band 3 Gold Berry 3 Mary (Better than bill in this deck) 3 Healing fields 3 Balloon Berry (If you play double gust) 3 Double Gust 1 Time Capsule (I know it helps your opponet but there's no NGR)
17 fire energy (enough)

-2 Quilava +2 Energy Stadium
u can get to Typhlosion easily with Breeder, 4 Quilava is too much. and Energy Stadium can really help Fire Recharge in getting back energy.
aside from that i give it 2 thumbs up.
-------------------- that was my 2 cents. don't steal it or anything, it's just 2 cents, nothing more...

I see Entei everywhere nowadays - drop in a couple of these, a couple of scoop ups - use howl to charge Moltres up for a turbo effect. Sure would be fun to see 3 or 4 of your opponents cards going into the dumpster every other turn! I'm actually playtesting one of these with Shining & Dark Tyranitar. trying to get the Fire/fighting energy balance right.

I considered Entei/Scoop Up - but it is actually not worth it - my opponent loses 5 cards from their deck at best, I lose 5 cards as well - which means that best case senario we remain equal, more usually I lose more cards than them.

Yeah but *you* are expecting it. Also fortified with several essential Pokemon and trainers - does a body good. Run the Max of Super Energy Retrieval, Time Capsule, Elm - your deck will be healthy - and hopefully more concentrated with energy as they go back into the deck. Makes Howl worth it. Their deck will be a lot deflated. Nothing like seeing all those trainers going down the tubes... I gotta say that this falls into the category of "fun deck" and no way I'd haul it to Worlds for example...
