Looks allright, only thing I'd do is dump the IOR, and turn them into another RSA and 2 Gold Berries, and then make all the bayleefs the one with poisonpowder.

G for Poisonpowder is better than GG for Double razor leaf...IMO...cuz it's faster, and steel's gonna be a big problem, even with resistance gym.

What? They banned slowking?
Good Job. :)

You need a big attacker not one that does 40 damage, maybe discovery scyther or dark muk is a very good choice(bot can attack with one grass energy if meganium is out)
Like rocket's sandshrew said you need something against steelix so add in a Unown M and a blaine's ponyta with hind kick

First off
- IOR
+ 1 sneak
+ 1 chaos
+ 2 pichu
- 1 elekid
Pichu is the ONLY way you are ever gonna beat big fire. And I'd also go with the poisonpowder bayleef, even though your chances against steel are still low. IOR is only really useful in decks that play erika. Another chaos is just for more disruption.

haymaker-ponyta does very little vs a steelix and onown m is pichu bait
