After watching how effective this card can be, I decided to give in and build a Gatr deck, Playa style. This of course means there is a twist to it that most wouldnt use or think of using, so here is the deck.

P. 18
4 Totodile (?)
2 Croconaw (?)
4 Feraligatr (2 EX, 2 Rip)
2 Suicune (NH)
1 Smoochum (Rev)
2 Elekid (Gen)
1 Magby (Gen)
2 Tyrogue

T. 26
3 Bill
3 Juggler
2 Seer
3 Elm
2 Trader
3 Breeder
3 Double Gust
3 SER 2
4 Focus Band

E 16
16 Water

Obviuosly people are going to Immediately pick up on the Major Tsunami Gatr and start going for their TeCH cards...exactly what I want them to do. I will hardly ever power this Gatr up, except to get more energy in the discard of course.
The Idea.
Get a Major Tsunami or 2 out quick and have a Suicune in hand. Dbl Gust up their bench sitter that is being built and then SER 2 with out worry. Oh I lost my energy...that is the point. There is no downfall to this Downpour, except maybe a heads/tails flip to do nothing. even then, ok- just attack. The rest of the deck is pretty explanatory on its own. I used a typical draw engine that works well for me...and only 2 Traders due to the Juggler draw power.
So thoughts and tweaks are welcome as usual...Thanks in Advanced
