Here's an interesting fun deck my brother and I made up. Here it is:

Pokemon: 23

4 Gastly (3 LC, 1 SK)
4 Haunter (2 LC, 2 SK)
4 Gengar (2 SK, 2 Exp)
2 Rocket's Mewtwo (good reprint)
2 Mew (lilypad)
2 Jynx (Aq.)
2 Cleffa (gen)
2 Smoochum (rev)
1 Tyrogue

Trainers: 20
2 Juggler
2 Copycat
2 Elm
4 Bill
2 Trader
2 Lure Ball
2 Gold Berry
1 Town Volanteers
3 Double Gust

Energy: 17
2 Retro
1 Recycle
14 Psychic

You power up the Rockets Mewtwo in the beginning, (if possible) play Juggler to get some of the cards you need, and by the time Mewtwo's gone, evolve into SK Gengar, retrieve it back out, flip 3 coins, and for each heads attach an energy back to it. Retro/Lure Ball is to devolve Gengar, use his power again if you need it. If your stuck and have an Energy low, use the Mew for stalling, and by late Game, when your opponent has 3 or more prizes, use the EXP. Gengar's cauos move to heal your pokemon while damaging your opponent's, and attack with Aq. Jynx's Meditate for a heavy hitting attack. Smoochum is there to trick your opponent. While you play an energy to Smoochum, next turn attach another and evolve to Jynx.
Also if you're fighting Darkness pokemon, confuse the pokemon with mew or Gengar, and while they're confused use Smoochem's energy kiss attack and shuffle back in the darkness energy, while being pretty well protected.

This is only a fun deck, so don't expect any great tournement play with it. Feel free to tweak it and fix it up. I'm sure it could use a little work.
Thanks -Ian
