ok here it goes:

pokemon: 18

3 chinchou (AQ water)
3 Lanturn (AQ water)
3 voltorb (AQ 50 HP)
2 Electrode (AQ)
2 Doduo (LC free retreat [bow] )
2 Dodrio (LC)
1 Cleffa
1 Pichu
1 Electabuzz (Winner)

Trainers: 30

3 Elm
2 copycat
3 Juggler
3 center
2 strength charm (I'll explain why)
4 double gust
4 bill
2 challenge
3 trader
1 fan club
2 town volunteers
1 energy stadium

Energy: 12

12 Lightning Energy (5 Foil! [bow] )

Strategy: Ok, you should be thinking that is way too much trainers, but if i want to get this deck going fast i really need, i abuse double gust due to the free retreatcost, thanks to dodrio, if my opponent accepts challenge, the combo will be out faster, center for obvious reasons, juggler, for card drawing and energy in the discard for electrode, I put Electabuzz in, for the water decks out there, strength charm is there for 3 reasons, 1.- AQ Scizor is quite popular around my area, if i flip 3 heads for lanturns attack, i can easily knock scizor down with four metals, 2.- i dont want to waste three energys of Conduction, to kill a baby, due to the fact that Lanturn's first attack only does 20, with strength charm, i can easily kill it in one turn, 3.- i would only need to flip 2 heads, in order to kill a 120 HP Pokemon, or 1 for a 80HP pokemon, bill is there, because most of the time, i want to keep my hand, instead of putting it back in the deck, 2 town volunteers is excessive, but this deck burns out fast, and i need extra turns to kill off my opponent.

please help me with it, if you have any suggestions on card drawing, i'd really appreciate it.

Pffft, naw. Thirty Trainers seems just fine to me, you can almost never have too much card drawing.

Although I'd toss out Challenge, usually, NO ONE will accept it.

There are a few things here and there that could be teched a bit... But the deck actually looks fine, it's performance depending mainly on your enviroment.

Excellent job.

i know no one will accpet it, but you never know, and that helps me to get even more cards to my hand, or if someone does accept it, many new guys play around my area and they've ALL got challenge in their decks, then i'll just probably finish the game quicker, provided i win enough flips

Instead of challenge try Pokemon March.. they don't have to accept it and you can play that with Pokemon Fan Club same turn.. just a thought... that is how I played mine and it did well as a Combo together... and where is Zapdos (LC)??? you ned him in this deck.. and trust me on this.. you need to up your Electrode to 3 and make your Dodrio line 3-3.. most people, once they see Doduo and Voltorb go right for the Drio to KO it.. it is the hub of this deck adn you will need it... I am working on a Amphy deck with this Lanturn right now to see if there is a Difference then trying to run 3 Stage 1s.. G/L

ok maybe i'm missing something......... but electrode???

wow! [Dropjaw]

i think ur trying to focus on too many aspects of the deck........ IMHO, take out the electrode line and focus on dodrio and lanturn.... here's my fix

4 chinchou
4 lanturn
3 doduo
3 dodrio
3 cleffa
1 pichu
2 buzz
-20-

10 lightning
3 recycle
-13-

4 elm
3 copycat
2 fan club
3 trader
3 juggler
1 volunterrs
1 nrg stadium
3 double dust
2 strength charm
3 focus band (some decks can OHKO lanturn)
2 center
-27-

that should really focus on the point........

i think that this deck would really run more smoothly now.......

hop[e this helps

just wanted to note, that electrode is there, to get the energies back from the discard pile, its just like typhlosions recharge pokemon power, that when yyou flips heads for his power, you take a fire energy card from the discard and attach it to one of your pokemon, electrode does the same thing but it has to be the active pokemon, that is when dodrio comes in, all my deck gets a free retreat, and i can just switch between electrodes to use its power.

I really like this type of deck.

I like to put a couple of Lightning cube in for a couple of reasons:

1> It gives a possibliity of a first turn KO by giving an energy to Voltorb and flipping for 40 damage (80 against lightning weakness).

2> It gives a way to get energy off the electrode and back to the discard pile if you're forced to put them there early.

3> Electrode with 3-4 energy and a lightning cube is a hard hitter, especially against lightning weak evolutions (*Kingdra*)

To make room for them I'd (*scans decklist*) probably drop a couple of Bills. Then I'd drop the other Bills for an Elm and a copycat.

-4 Bill
+2 Lightning Cube
+1 Elm
+1 Copycat

Just my thoughts

Hey I play this deck on appr all the time and you really need 4 electrode and some recycles so you dont have to attach 3 energy per turn. The deck is slow in the early game but once u get it set up and get decent flips you win.
heres my list

2 Recycle Energy
12 Lightning Energy
2 Town Volunteers
1 pokemon Fanclub
3 Pokemon Center
3 Focus Band
1 Energy Stadium
4 Juggler
3 Copycat
2 Pokemon Trader
4 Double Gust
4 Professor Elm
1 Tyrogue
2 Cleffa
2 Lanturn AQR
2 Chinchou AQ1
2 Dodrio
2 Doduo
4 Electrode AQ
4 Voltorb AQ1

The deck is really weak to pichu but pokemon center solves that problem.
Good Luck with the deck its really fun to play
