With the release of aqua espeon, I noticed this could be used in combination with raindance by keeping one benched, sweep up the energies off of blastoise with the pokepower, center or nurse, then dance em back on.
4 Squirtle (exp) 4 Blastoise 3 Eevee (any 50 HP) 2 Espeon (aqua)
4 Comp search 4 Item Finder 4 Pokecenter 4 Pokenurse 4 Pokebreeder 3 Oak 2 GOW 2 Switch 2 Pluspower 1 Goop Gas (kill mime) 1 Town Volunteers

Pokémon 4 Squirtle 2 Wartorlte 4 Blastoise 3 Eevee 2 Espeon
Trainers 3 Computer Search 3 Item Finder 3 Breeder 3 Trader 2 Prof. Elm's Training Method 3 Poké Nurse 2 Poké Center 2 Goop Gas 2 Plus Power 2 Oak 2 Energy Stadium 2 Time Shard (AQ)
Energy 16 Water
Drop two Center for 2 Training Method, helps you get the Evos out faster.
Dropped a Compu Search and Item Finder for Time Shard, it helps you hold on to those 16 Energy.
Energy Stadium gets any leftover Energy back from the discard like the ones Time Shard doesnt get. I reduced the Oak to 2, since it sucks anyway (don't give me annoying whining on how essential Oak is, it's just plain stupid. You lose cards from you hand, and if they're Trainers, you can't pull them back. Energy, maybe, with Energy Stadium, but Trainers and Evos stay. Why not just play the deck with Energy Flow and combine that with Pokémon Center? You don't use up as much space, and you can TecH accordingly to any Slowkings or Lightning decks that would cause you problems.

Since it is Unlimited, you should always have at least 1 Echo Gym for Stoise. Oh no, discard energy and return them to my hand, what ever will I do....... ummmm...... RAINDANCE.
