okay, how about

Pokemon (17)
4 LC grimer
3 AQ Muk
1 LC Muk
4 murkrow
3 Gen Cleffa
2 tyrogue

Trainers (25)
4 elm
3 copycat
3 switch
3 double gust
4 trader
2 fan club
1 town vol
2 power charge
3 focus bands

energy (18)
4 dark
4 rainbow
10 grass

the whole point of this deck is to try and get their guy all screwed up with burning sludge. then switch it/retreat it for a murkrow and lock it, allowing poison/burn to wipe them out. (nail their bench while they are locked, too). the LC muk is there to shut off muks heavyweight allowing for just 1 retreat cost, as well as shutting down your opponent's annoying powers. cleffa and tyrogue are there because whats a deck without them? i threww in a couple fan club because a) the number of times it saved me and b) since its nice to search for mukrow/cleffa/tyrogue. focus bands are there so you dont lose your krow and power charge is there because you will definetly lose at least 2 (we all have to make sacrafices, so murkrows taking one for the team).

the only real problem with this deck is that scizor would slap it around like a red-headed step child, but this isnt for serious play anyway.
