Well, I've decided to tinker with some Expedition cards, so this is a try.
4 Machop LC
4 Machoke Expedition
3 Machamp Expedition
2 tyrogue
1 Iggly
1 Cleffa
4 Elm
4 Bill
4 Professor Elm's Training Method
3 Masterball
3 Pokemon Trader
3 Moo-Moo Milk
3 Focus band
3 DG
2 Baloon berry
2 Healing Fields
15 Fighting
Of Course build up Machamp as quick as lightning that's why you have lots of search. Then use Terraforming plus your search cards so you can get more Machamps. Trying to take down 2 or 3 Machamps with 120 HP can be frusterating. I think this deck may work with the circle of Fire, Water, and Grass this may cut the circle and hit it hard.

vbnz's recipe for a good deck:
put 25-27 trainers in a deck
then just throw in some decent pokemon and a few bits of energy till you have about 60 cards. Then add more Trainers.
