Too many evos..stick with one. Go with either Scizor or Steelix, and NG Skarmory for back up. 4 oak, 4 cpu, 4 IF....the standard trainers...you can't play 4 evos. It won't work. Choose one family and center the deck around it.

Yeah, Dingo's got a good fix right there. But now that I come to think of it, Skarmory would actually HURT the deck rather than help it. It uses thew ever-precious Metal Energy that you're going to use for Steelix (referring to Dingo's fix). Go with Dingo's fix except -1 switch, -1 Fighting, + 1 GoW. -2 Ecogym, +3 No Removal Gym.
Take out the 4 Skarmory for 1 Cleffa, and Oak, a Computer Search, and an Item Finder. Just don't try to pull off 3 Evos again. It won't work. Like trying to be a professional Skateboarder without Wheels. It's not meant to be that way. 4 Recycle Ive modified this a lot. I thought there was too much evos so I removed the magneton family. Ive added cleffa for drawing and added 2 steelix and changed the onix to SI because SI are better. Ive upgraded the trainers big time. Ive added oak, IF, lass(for lass/eek), SER, a gym, and focus band. SER is more effective than ER. Also every deck needs at least one gym to counter other gyms. Oak makes a deck very fast. Focus Band also keeps your pokemon alive. I've changed the lightning energy into DCE (which power up steelix/scyther fast) and added recycle for SER. Questions or comments? AIM me.

Well, too many evos this deck (ive seen it done it) once sliced a fire deck up like nothing, and you go say "too many evos" and do you have anything against this steel deck because its though and it has almost every steel pokemon (execpt forrestress), and i have a deck with a ton of evos good thing i don't post because then you would be annoying me with your "too many evos", you know, you seem more to start arguments and fights (like the charizard deck one you did w/ charizard sucks and everyone else agreed because you been there more than inkydog and they would be being on your side more because you have been here longer than him) than help.

Now why would Master Lobjohnz get banned? Oh he raised a topic 5 months old. What was posted did not have anything to do with the deck. And he insulted people. Well since this is his first time, he gets a warning:
