Suppose I attach a Warp Energy to my active Pokemon with a Harvest Bounty Venusaur in play, after I resolve the energy's effect, the Pokemon is no longer active, so do I get to attach another energy?

Well I would think that it would be the same ruling as on retro energy. The first would retreat the pokemon but because you only checked to see if it was active before you attached the energy, the other one would attach two. It would then try to bench the pokemon and could not so it would just attach with no effect.

Interesting situation. I kind of equate this situation to using the Blaine trainer. But, I could be wrong. I'd say you attach the two Warp Energies at the same time, THEN resolve any effects that have accumulated. JMO.
