This really make me faint......b
On the card it reads " This attack's damage isn't affected by Weakness, Resistance, Pokemon Powers, or any other effects on the Defending Pokemon.

So, what if there's a baby or Pokemon with a Metal NRG attached , or something else that should be applied on the Defending on the bench?

If you attack a Benched Baby, it gets 20 damage. If a Baby is Active, you must flip for the Baby Rule.
If you attack a Benched Pokémon with Metal Energy on it, the Metal Energy Card will reduce the damage done. So 1 Metal Energy Card reduces it to 10 damage and 2 Metal Energy Cards reduce it to 0 damage.
Unown D will protect all Benched Pokémon.

Feint Attack only ignores effects that would alter the base damage on the Defending Pokémon. Effects on the Bench can effect the base damage.

If Unown D is on the Bench, only the opposite Active Pokemon can take damage. If Unown D is Active, Benched Pokemon can take Dmage.

Metal Energy on Benched Pokemon will reduce damage, metal energy on the Active will as well, since Metal comes AFTER weakness and resistance, where Feint Attack stops.

I'm sorry, Llama, but you messed a lot up:

Unown D: No matter where Unown D is, it prevents the Bench from taking damage. If Unown D is in play (bench or active) only the active pokemon can take damage from Feint Attack.

Metal Energy: Metal Energy on the active pokemon will not prevent any damage since Feint Attack ignores effects on the Defending pokemon. A metal energy on a benched pokemon would reduce damage since Feint Attack only ignores effects on the Defending pokemon, not benched pokemon.
