Some professor said that pokebodys can be shut of by eather Muk or Goop Gas Attack. I would like to point out that PokeBodys are NOT PokePowers, and anything that would effect Pokemon Powers or PokePowers would never effect PokeBodys, IE- Pichu from Neo1 ... etc. that is all.

Are you making a statement or asking a question?
If making a statement, you are incorrect.
If asking a question:
Poke-Bodies and Poke-Powers are BOTH types of Pokemon Powers. Anything that affects Pokemon Powers in general (Goop Gas Attack, Toxic Gas, ZZap!, etc.) will affect either of them. The main difference is that Poke-Bodies are not shut off by Special Conditions. That's all.

It is very clear that PokeBody AND PokePower are both Pokemon Power. WOTC just seperate the big titile "Pokemon Power" in to 2 sub-class: PokeBody and PokePower.
It is the same as Mini Van and Pickup truck are both Automobile. When something affect Automobile, it will affected both the Mini van and Pickup truck.
The only different between PokeBody and PokePower are PokeBody do not shut down by special condition but Poke-Power do affected.

From the Prof List:
quote: Hi guys,
Welcome to the world of game rulings in a game that isn't built on a solid rules system. We have said it before and I will say it again, you cannot look for a complete logic system in this game. It does not exist. This comes directly from the creators of the game.
So, we do our best to create a pseudo logic system for the rules.
So, Poke-BODYs and Poke-POWERs are both Pokemon Powers, just different types. Muk ignores ALL of these.

so now muk has been errataed to say "that it all Pokemon Powers, Pokepowers, and PokeBodys execpt for Toxic gases are ingored"
Great, so that rull book that we all got in the starter deck that said that PokeBodys are something "New" is totaly worthless. This is yet anther new rulling that not only is retoactive, meening that its changing old printed cards- in fact anything that effects Powers now effects Bodys as well (execpt for specal conditions) so whats the point of having Bodys? Its just a Power that they dont have to add (this Power works even when effected by a specal condition) so- then I guess your telling me they just made Pokebodys to save on the $.000002 Cents that it takes to print that line? Or maybe this is anther rulling that futher complacates the game, and in fact makes Bodys worthless. (Since Pichu can effect them, and you can Dark Arbock them, Muk them, Goop them) there are Powers that are not effected by specal conditons, So I guess my question would now be, what the bleep was the point of having PokeBodys?

Muk has not been errata'd. You're just reading way too much into PokeBodies being different.
Pokemon Tools are "different", but they are still Trainers. Same thing.

From Advanced Rulebook Version 8 (Expedition): Pokémon Power: A special ability some Pokémon have. Pokémon Powers are now divided into two categories: Poké-Power and Poké-Body. These are written in the same plae attaks are, but they always have the words "Poké-Power" or "Poké-Body" in front of them so you can tell they're not attacks.
In my opinion, it is better, that way you don't have to double check whether or not they get shut off without having to read the power or having to memorize them. I doubt it was to save money, but instead to make the game simpler; it just takes some time to get used to. It also gives cards a new look, and not the same old "Pokémon Power _______ blah blah..." It also saves space on the cards, since there is less space for text, as the new term "Special Conditions" does.
