ok, has any one tried lc zapdos with e-card venasaur? first turn attach a yellow nrg on zapdos. then on turn 2 breeder in to venasuar and attach 2 lightning nrg on zapdos. then the final step, attach a lightning nrg on zappy and thunder bolt away! or insted of attaching just one yellow nrg, attach a dark and a lightning to do 110 damage which could ko a steelix!so what do u think?

Hmmm-facinating. 100 every other turn. Potent. I'd like to see this worked out.

except you would only have 3 energy by turn 2 and 4 by turn three 100HP hit then 2 more turns to charge.
Nope sorry without Electrode and Buzztap too slow... quote:
Expedition Venusaur
Poké-POWER: Harvest Bounty Once during your turn (before your attack), if you attach an Energy card from your hand to your Active Pokémon as part of your turn, you may attach an additional Energy card to that Pokémon at the same time. This power can’t be used if Venusaur is affected by a Special Condition.
So it is 1 energy first turn, 2 energy second turn; if breeder and Venusar are in your hand, to make 3 energy attached and then 2 more energy in 4th turn for 5 and now you can attack!
repeat rinse and get knockedout waiting for the energy to arricve.

I disagree. You should be able to attack on turn 3 most games, then every other turn.
The main problem I see with this strategy is it assumes your opponent will repeatedly place a big valuable Pokemon active, or that you can get one active. Babyporter decks (other than the Donphan-based ones) will severly mess you up in that regard. [ November 10, 2002, 05:10 AM: Message edited by: yoshi1001 ]

well, if i come face to face with a baby i'll just have an elekid on the bench or i could just use switch, bring up a pokemon that can do 30 damage and just ko the baby that way.
