120 Hp, Water. Basic. (Basic ex game mechanic)

Disacard a water engery. This attack does 10 dammage to both players benches, dont apply weakness/resantance.
Weakness Lighting, No resantance, 3 Retreat.
Ummm.. well now; a watter chancey sortof. And the attack is strange- first off, does the attack REQUIRE a discard of water engery? Humm. If you discard a water thats when the 10 bench dammage occures? If so how meny times can you acvate that result? As meny as you have water? Humm. Its ment to be writen clearly I'm sure-that is to say, less text = better for kids. Ehhh... yah... any rate the "Basic EX Game mechanic" is the "If this pokemon is KO'ed your oppenent draws 2 prize cards"

Apparently, you don't have to discard an energy to get the effect (though this would apply only to metronome-type scenarios).
