I've been out of the game for a while. But, here goes, anyways. NR Parasect's Pokémon power reads: "As long as Parasect is in play, cards in any players discard piles are not affected by attacks or Pokémon Powers. This power stops working if Parasect becomes Asleep. Confused or Paralyzed." So does that mean if you use LV.69 NG Feraligatr's Riptide attack, are the cards shuffled back into the deck? and are they even counted? Also, can you use the Downpour, Pokémon power?
