Author Topic: Skyridge Kadabra and Electrode Vs Zzap

Well, in tournement play, this wouldnt even matter, but in "fun" play how would you play Zzap Vs Kadabra/Electrode. For those of you who dont know, these 2 cards (maybe a few others) have E-card data that allow them to use a Hidden Poke-Power. Neither is spectacular, both seem to End your turn, but still. Here is the scenrios and you tell me how you would play them, Player A) has Kadabra, B) has Zzap

1: Player B) Zzap's, always hits A)'s Pokemon

2: Player B) Zzap's and never hits A)'s Pokemon

3: Player A) states at beggining of game that he will(not) use power, if he says no, then uneffected by Zzap, if yes Zzap hits them, and A) cannot change his mind half way through game.

I am inclined to believe 3 would be most correct, tell me what you think.

With current WotC play, I'd say no.
Once TPC starts making rulings.... could be.
