The WotC Pokemon TCG Master Rules document, available on the web site, was last modified apparently in June 2002.

What are the most important issues, that have arisen since June 2002 in the various boosters,
that judges need to be aware of during the summer
events?

Is it possible that the master rules document will
be updated by then to reflect the new rulings?

The Master Rulings Document is being updated by some volunteers.

For the summer events, Nintendo will either have to allow the use of this document or create their own (or disallow it and not create their own).
