If i have a baby active Pokemon but my teammate have a non-baby Pokemon in play. When one of my opponent attack my teammate, does he/she need to filp for baby power?

If the attack is against your Teammate, no, he does not have a Baby Active. If the attack is against you, then yes they'd have to flip. Of course every attack will be against your partner...

And to go one step further, let's say your opponent has an Umbreon with Feint Attack.
He/she can attack your partner (so there is no baby flip), and then direct the damage from Feint Attack to one of YOUR benched Pokemon.
