I have a question; I don't exactly remember, but are there certain Pokemon cards/trainers that enable you to switch your opponent's prizes and cards in their deck around? Thanks in advance

Look at the Rattata's Pokémon Power from TR... It allowsyou to switch 1 prize with the top card from your deck.

Check Impostor Professor Oak's Invention (trainer). It does exactly what you've described.

Cards that effect the prize cards:
Mistys Wish: let you look at a prize card and ask your oppenent if you could switch it with a card in your hand, if not you drew a card.
Ratta from Rocket: Once per turn switched a card from your prizes with the top card of your deck..
Combo with Here Comes Team Rocket, that allowed the prize cards to be face up...
Combo with Inposter Oak's Invention that lets you see your oppenents prize cards and have them shuffle them into the deck then deal out the same ammount face down.
Then there was Card Flip Game that had you guess a prize card of your oppenents then flip it over and if you guessed right you drew 2 cards; that could combo with Inposter Oaks Invention if you did not shuffle the cards back into there deck.
Those are the only cards that effect prize cards I belive. Did I miss any?

I've gotten 98 on that Machoke at work game. I beat Driving Corasola.
I almost beat the record in Hold Down hip hop. I got 2000 or so in Kinglers day. I got 7 in Rapadash's dash. Butterfree's Flower Power 4700. 123 In Jumping Dodoro. My all foil deck is finished.
