you know the muk that stops pokemon powers?
well...I was just woundering...say I have a promo eevee with the pokemon power chain reaction out on my bench...I also have a grimer
say I evolve my grimer into a muk with the toxic gas pokemon power...
my question is...would eevee beable to use chain reaction sence technicly its usein its pokemon power while muk is evolving...or is he evolving after muk is out and muks power stops eevees power?

Chain Reaction Eevee gets to evolve as it evolves before Muk can shut off Chain Reaction.
