I want a clarification on a situation. I have had two interpitations. Thanks:

I play pilowswine on my turn.
High Speed charge Piloswine does 30 damage to itself. Piloswine can't use this attack during your next turn. 80

On my next turn I attach Baloon Berry to Piloswine. I retreat the Pilowswine and discard Ballon Berry. I bring up another card . Then I retreat that card and Bring Pilowswine.

Can I now use High speed charge again?

Yes you can. The "can't attack next turn" is an effect of the attack that resides on Piloswine. By Benching it, you remove this effect and it can attack again!
