Topic: Which goes first Confusion or Baby Rule?

I know this has been done before but I don't know what the rule was and I don't want to backlog all those topics. I believe the baby rules goes first being that you have to see if you can attack the baby at all and then Confusion for the actual attack but again I don't know.

Yup, even before you announce your attack you must flip for baby, providing a baby is the defending pokemon

Actually, you announce the attack you will use, then flip for the baby rule. Not that the choice would ever change.
