Which card do you think is better, Slowking, or gen. noctowl. I'd say noctowl cuz you get to choose which trainer to get rid of.

I'm hunting for a shiny Vulpix and Grimer! :)

My best deck:
Shadow Curse-Gengar/Espeon
Tied for 5th at Comic-Con FAT.
1st at Modesto SBZ
Tied for 5th at Sacramento SBZ

That doesn't stop them from topdecking that or another trainer the next turn. You only get to take a max of 4 trainers, they can still USE trainers, and there's a chance they can get a better trainer.

With Slowking on the other hand, it doesn't matter WHAT trainers your opponent had, there's little chance they'll be able to use them, and if they can't, they'll topdeck it next turn, and most likely fail to use it again. (Depending on how many slowking ya have out). The power can be used an infinite number of times...

Slowking's better, far better, there's no argument, it's simply superior.

In a deck with 4 Double Gust, which would you rather have? Noctowl would get rid of it, yes, but they could still draw it the next turn. With 2 or 3 Slowking out, they have little chance of using it. (25% if 2 slowking, 12.5% if 3)

Like the saying goes, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure...

I am sorry, but Slowking by a long shot. Instead of shuffling in their trainers, and maybe them drawing and using them next turn, you say NO TRAINERS ALLOWED with slowking. Also, Slowpoke is alot better than any hoot hoot out there. Slowking has 10 more HP, a way better second attack and not a weakness to electric powerhouses like rocket zapdos or electrabuzz.
