just curious, IS there a way to submit a card idea to WotC?

Nope, sorry. Since WotC doesn't own the Pokemon property, they couldn't use your ideas even if they wanted to.
Check out the Create-A-Card Forum, though, if you want to share your idea with fellow board members.

i understand, but i still think it stinks-- i'm sure lots of people out there have great card ideas!

so, changing the question a little, is there a way to submit card ideas to the people who actually do create them?
