How does magcargo(neo3) attack work?Can i remove all 3 energy or only extra energy?
Can i switch or d.gust after murkrow(neo1) mean look my pokemon?
Can Entei(neo3)use his pokemon power in the beginning of the game if i haven't got any other
basic Pokemon at hand?

1 more question,if i crosscounter with R.hitmonchan and my opponent use donphon rapidspin and switch both players pokemon,can i still counter it??

1 - Magcargo just says you can discard R Energy to do more damage, meaning you can discard the 3 attached, or any other number you want.
2 - Murkrow's Mean Look prevents RETREATING, Switch/Dbl Gust are not retreating, b/c retreating is paying the retreat cost to send a Poke to the bench.
3 - Yeah, if Entei is your only Poke, yo ucan just attach all the Energy to him. If you don't want to, they just get discarded, but there isn't a reason why you can't use the power.
4 - Yeah, Crosscounter is the effect against the Defending Poke at the time they attack you, so you'd flip for Crosscounter before switching Pokemon.

I hear from some source that,magcargo(neo3)can only discards extra energy........so i have 2 make what is the right way 2 use it.

"some source" is wrong.
It says to discard any Fire you want. It doesn't say anything about them having to be "in addition to those used to pay the cost of the attack".

Actually you can only use entei's power if you play it from your hand. If it's in play, it technically didn't "come into play," so you can't use it's power.

I more question,if my opponent attach focus band on his pokemon and attack me if i counter and K.O his pokemon,can his pokemon flip for focus band??

Q. Would Wobbuffet's Counter if successful ignore an opposing Focus Band??
A. No it doesn't. To clarify: Focus Band will not be triggered by Crosscounter or Counter as these are not considered actual attacks. (May 16, 2002 WotC Chat, Q128 & Q149 & after-Q150)

May I know how does Charity works.....is it that it says...reduce the damage by any amount....my opponent does damage to me or my pokemon does to the opponent...please help me.... ![[Confused]](../tcg/confused.gif)

You can reduce the damage you do to your opponent.
The card would be incredibly broken if it worked the other way around!
Why would you want to do that?
Well, it would help you get around Mr Mime's Pokemon Power, or it could avoid activating your opponent's Gold Berry, or maybe your opponent has a Rage attack and you want to keep how powerful that attack becomes in check.
