Topic: Using base chansey in multi-play (4 players)

In multi-play when I use base Chansey's Scrunch and get heads, do I need to choose one of my opponents (it says : ..."during your opponent turn"...)
Does th effect apply as soon as I use the attack and my turn ends?
P.S.
Does the effect include damage done by pokemon-powers as well as attacks ? ![[Evil Smirk]](../tcg/graemlins/Up_to.gif)

Well, assuming you're doing team limited with base/base2 (the only way this could be legal), you would have to choose which opponent this applies to.
From the oracle:

{C}{C} Scrunch Flip a coin. If heads, prevent all damage done to Chansey during your opponent’s next turn. (Any other effects of attacks still happen.)
So it works during the next turn of the player you choose. And yes, powers that do damage would be blocked (such as Elekid's Playful Punch).
