I´m sure about magby and pichu: They say PokéMON-Power (Poké-Body and Poké-Power are just two different types of Pokémon-Powers) AND they were printed in a time there weren´t any different names- so they apply both- Poké-Bodies and Poké-Powers.
About Houndoom I´m not that sure but I think it only apply Poké-Powers cause it only says Poké-Power, not PokéMON-Power.
But for the 2nd one, wait till a prof. anwers.

tolotos is right.

Start from Expedition, "Pokemon Power" are divide into 2 sub-groups:"Poke-Body" and "Poke-Power". They both still a "Pokemon Power".

It like "Sport car" and "Sedan car" are both cars.

When anything refer to "Pokemon Power", it affect both "Poke-Body" and "Poke-Power".
Pichu and Magby say "Pokemon Power", they will affect both "Poke-Body" and "Poke-Power".

If it only say "Poke-Body" or "Poke-Power", it will only affect what it say.
Dark Impact only say "Poke-Power", it will only affect "Poke-Power".

Domcgi has it exactly right. Poke-powers and poke-bodies are subsets of Pokemon Powers. Antyhthing that effects Pokemon powers will affect all 3. Anything that effects poke-powers effects just those-likewise for poke-bodies.

"but houndour faint attack reads poke-power and poke-bodies"

Yes, but it also contains the catchall "any other effects" so it would get past poke-powers, Poke-bodies, or pokemon powers.

A preview of coming attractions:
