I use Rapid Spin against Wobbuffet: 50 damage then switch with a Cleffa. The opponent has only Wobbuffet and no pokemon on the bench. The damage of Counter is made to Donphan or to Cleffa? If the damage is on Cleffa the opponent must flip a coin for the baby rule?

You only flip for the baby rule when an attack is announced
so no baby flip
I'm not sure which pokemon the counter damage will be directed at. Probably have to sleep on that one! (FWIW I think the Counter damage is directed at Donphan since it is active at the moment that damage resolves on Wobuffet, but like I said I'm not sure) [ May 17, 2003, 03:45 PM: Message edited by: NoPoke ]

'legal stalling' : game loss at least 'only joking' on misreported match results: DQ Yep its that serious! The prize swap penalty as it applies to shuffling.

It is the donphan, because that's the active Pokemon when damage is done.
