Thanks in advance for any help.
Say I was trying to make a deck, which I had planned in my head, but didn't have the card I needed. Would I, play my whole deck in slips, and then stick a piece of paper in front of a card saying what card it is. I would then have a scan or translation to prove that it exists. I'm asking this because I live in Australia, and rarely get cards.
Would this be allowed?

In tournaments, this would be illegal making of proxys, and would get you in major trouble. However, for personal use, such as playtesting and battling against your friends, I don't think there is anything wrong with that.
Hey, try eBay or the official Pokemon center store; you can buy tons of cards and have them shipped down there to you.

In the Pokemon Centre FAQ section, they say that they won't ship outside USA or Canada, except to Military addresses. Unless anyone knows different?
