I just have a question with Misdreavus (the one with perish song). If I were to use its first attack, the one that makes the defending pokemon asleep. If it eventually wakes up before my turn. Can I say use long distance hypnosis to put it back to sleep, and then use perish song? Because perish song says: 'if the defending poke was attacked by (whatever that attack is called) and is asleep, knock it out.

Thanks in advance.

You ca nuse anything to keep the Pokemon asleep, including Drowzee ,Dark Gengar, AQ Hypno, whatever. All the attack calls for is the Pokemo nto be asleep, (whether by effects of Night Eyes or not) and have been attacked by Night Eyes. So if both of those requirements have been fufilled, Perish Song works.

Yes.

It just say that if the Pokemon asleep & LAST HIT by Night Eyes. So,if you do hit with Night Eyes last turn, you can KO it no matter what method you use later to make it asleep.

Speaking of Misdreavus, a good combination would be LC Haunter + Misdreavus. Haunter has a good chance of invincibility against foes, and his Nightmare attack can be used while you're powering up Misdreavus.
