If I use the Delcatty (the one with Energy Draw Power) can I use it with a Jugglerat the same time? The power says you can discard an energy to draw 3, and Juggler says discard 1 (or 2) to draw 3 (or 5). It would make sense if this would work, since they are separate effects activated by the same action - discarding a basic energy.

no you have to resolve the trainer or supporter when you play it; you cant use any other effects during that time. People think for some reasion that you can choose when you use the supporter since it is put next to your pokemon, but you must use it as soon as you play it; just like any other trainer. The only effects that would triger when you play a trainer are: Chous Gym, you would have to flip to see if the trainer worked, Slowking, your oppenent could flip to see if the trainer worked, or Dark Vileplum; you would'nt be able to play the trainer at all. Thats it.

discarding an energy card is not a trigger for Juggler, it is a cost. And the cost can't be an effect from an attack or a Pokepower.
As Porygon says, unless something has a trigger, you resolve one thing before moving on to something else.

You can't merge effects and/or costs from mutliple cards.

But delcatty just says you can discard, & juggler has part of that as a cost, so by paying for juggler, you'd trigger the power.

What you're suggesting is double dipping. One cost cannot be applied to two effects. Juggler does not state whenever a card is discarded, it states "Discard up to 2 basic Energy cards from your hand." A cost. You can't apply one action to two costs.

IT'S NOT A TRIGGER!

If it were a trigger, it would say, "whenever a power, attack, or trainer has you discard an energy card, blah blah blah..."

It does not say that.

It is an effect of the Power, or arguably, a cost of the power.

oh. Ok. Thanks for the help! Now for another question:
Part 1:

If I have the Swampert with Natural Healing and Harvest Bounty Venus. out, AND I have Pokemon Park in play, how many damage counters will I remove if all the powers activate when I attach energy?

Part 2:

If I had BOTH of the new Swampert out, and used ALL the powers, what would th etotal be then?
