To Splash something into a deck means that you are adding a little something different than the main theme.

Something is Splashable if it is easy to Splash.

For example, Jungle Scyther is Splashable into any deck because it can work off of any energy type card. So, if you are running a Fighting-weak deck, you can Splash in some Scythers in order to get some Fighting resistance without changing much else about your deck.

Many TecH cards are Splashable.

Take a look at my Leduck deck a lot of the modular cards there are also splashable. 'Rogue, Genesis Pikachu, many stadiums, etc., are splashable.

Splash has been around for a long time in several games. Funny how the term "fits" but you wonder how it came into being...
