I know this question has probably been asked before, but I haven't been able to find the answer to this question. I just hope it's not another status with no effect thrown in there as another way to stop the rampaging pokemon powers....

Burned is similar to Char, except it is a Special Condition so it shuts off Pokémon Powers and goes away when the Burned Pokémon is Benched (Or Evolves, Devolves, or Leaves Play). For a Burned Pokémon, between turns, if the coin toss comes up the wrong way 2 damage counters are placed on the Burned Pokémon.
