It would be difficult-- even 2 same-type Stage 2 lines are no picnic for a deckbuilder, and making this work would require at least 23 Pokemon, plus Babies, support Basics, etc. That means you're talking maybe 27-30 Pokemon. You would only have room for about 15-20 Trainers-- and a deck without good Trainers does not tend to work well. Of course, it does have potential. Give it a try, and post a decklist in the deck forum. We'll see what they say.
