If I use Golbat NR's attack Screech, how long is this effect gonna last? Is it until my actual next turn, so my partner can use it?

Yep.
Well that is as long as the pokemon you 'screeched' did not evolve nor get benched.
If that defending pokemon did not SURE it will last UNTIL your next turn and IF your partner gets to attack before then YEP they can take advantage of Screech.
