Here i have a question
i use a Hyper Devolution Spray to Devolve a Dark Espeon(i evolve the turn before)into a Promo eevee,may i use Promo eevee's power(chain reaction) to evolve it into Espeon by evolving other pokemon in the same turn?(i do not use Promo eevee power in this turn) ![[Confused]](../tcg/confused.gif)
Hyper Devolution spray say that: you cant evolve a Pokemon the turn u devolve it,so...do evolution by power/attack allowed since the poekmon is devolved by Hyper Devolution Spray?
also....do Devolution Spray/Retro-energy also do the same?(Devolution Spray/Retro-energy does not say you cant evolve a Pokemon the turn u devolve it)

I believe that the rule is evolving from the hand won't be allowed, but in all cases, getting an Evo. fro mthe deck and placing i ton the card would still be allowed (get a Prof. to confirm htis)

Yeah, if you're using Powers or Trainer cards (PokeBreeder excepted), you ignore the normal timing limits.
