Well, I've never heard of any card refered to as "The Bing Bang Card," but a few years back, there was a Jumbo Card of Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres released, but since it is a Jumbo Card, it is needless to say that it would be illegal (and impossible) to play it.

No,sorry this was only ever a jumbo promo card with no real card to accompany it so is not legal. However in the land of the giants.....
