Hi Guys.
I was just looking at my collection, and noticed I had stacks of cards that I doubt any one uses. And I had a bright idea, why not make a deck completely out of cards that most people wouldn't use. But, at the same time, hopefully still stand a chance at winning. I'd just love to see the face of my opponents when I use cards like Dunsparce and Moo-moo milk!
So please, people, please post what cards form which sets, you think are practically useless!!!
I'll post my deck in the deck forums soon. If I can get an idea on useless cards. [ June 07, 2003, 09:25 PM: Message edited by: Ultramew ]

No Dunsparc - he said specifically "practically" useless. Dunsparc is ABSOLUTELY useless. My vote is for Snubble/Granbull

How about some of the E-Card babies, that Expedition Magby is a real killer.
Or, use like Unown H, E, L, and P, or any of the Unowns that you have to spell out the word to use the power.

Matinence. Mary. Ratta (base) Promo Pickcu (30 Hp one) Revive/ Max Revive (good but underused) the weezing that does 60 dammage counters to itself "missfire" ... ow!! Smoochum. (the old one) Raido Tower. Thats all I can think of for now. Find a use for Raido Tower... yeah... right.
-------------------- Erica total 24, thats right, 24. Dunsprace total 41. I've gotten 98 on that Machoke at work game. I beat Driving Corasola. I almost beat the record in Hold Down hip hop. I got 2000 or so in Kinglers day. I got 7 in Rapadash's dash. Butterfree's Flower Power 4700. 123 In Jumping Dodoro. My all foil deck is finished.

A deck i was looking into that would be decent, was a Water-Fighting, Fossil Tentacruel with Base/Fossil Sandslash. Cheap easy attacks, and little retreat. A devestating card many people dont use, SER2. "Too Flippy" card is devistating with 2 heads, and with 3 in a deck, pretty good odds 1 will go off, and 1 is all you really need to change the game.

That isn't a misfit. It's a useful card, and don't let the common rarity fool you. If you're looking for a deck full of misfits, then that's a deck that should run Neo Genesis Cleffa and Gold Berry.

I disagree, Carrington -- Cleffa and Gold Berry are popular, not misfits. Anyway, my own suggestions: Mary's Impulse (Supporter, flip 'til tails for two cards per heads). Anyway, is this deck supposed to be Unlimited or Modified?

oddly, unfortunately, and sadly enough, yes.
Carrington388, For the umpteenth time, Cleffa and Gold Berry are both VERY popular for a reason. Cleffa is one of the BEST card drawers out there, and Gold Berry leaves almost nothing to chance.
Craips, there was a person around a while back who kept posting on EVERY deck "-4 xxxxx, +4 Smoochum", and in fact gave more or less the same advice you're giving WITHOUT listening to ANYONE ELSE'S advice, when they were in reality trying to help him. Don't be the same way, a good number of people who've posted after you have already told you your advice is incorrect, and there is a reason for this. I would really advise going into the archives and looking at some old decks, you'll see 99% of them have use Cleffa. And instead of being so arrogant as to assume that so many HUNDREDS upon THOUSANDS of people are utterly wrong, why not try thinking about WHY so many people use Cleffa and Gold Berry?
As for misfit cards? Base Gastly. [ June 07, 2003, 03:48 PM: Message edited by: Maverick Hunter Zero ]

Modified cards then...
hm. Well then, Snorlax & Drowzee. Borderline misfits, they have a use, but they're very VERY rarely used.
