Pokebody: Prevent all effects of your aopponents attacks doen to machamp.
Does This prevent attacks done to the bench while Machamp is active? I believe bench damage is an effect of an attack, is it not? Also I assume that damage is still done it is not an effect this is talking about poison, confusion etc.. Yes?

The power should have an "other than damage" in it. So if something other than damage happens to the card on the bench (or active, for that matter), that is prevented.
