Can someone help me to compile a list of Pokemon Powers or Poke-Bodies that are considered "Coming into Play"? In particular, I would like to know which Pokemon Powers or Bodies are not stopped by Legendary Muk.

I'll begin. I believe that Revelation Entei's Howl, Typhlosian's "Fire Boost", Dark Dragonite's Summon Minions, and Revelation Blissey's "Softboiled" all occur at the moment that they are placed in play and therefore still occur even if Legendary Muk is already in play.

What else?

Entei + Blissey were listed above.
But there´s Unown V which has a Coming-In-Play-Power, too.

HOWEVER, Bodies are considered Powers, and are turned off by anything that turns off a Power. Sputter, Muk, etc...

Now speaking of the "Coming-into-play" powers, I would like to bring an interesting question to the floor. What would happen if your used one of these Pokemon in relation with Brock's Ninetales? If the "Coming-into-play" powers can get by Muk, shouldn't they be able to get by Brock's Ninetales too?

I'm not sure that I fully know what you mean. Brock's Ninetales does not assume the Pokemon Power of the Pokemon that is placed on it. That I know. What are you referring to?

MetalDarkDitto is actually bring out the old debate about Brock's Ninetales and come to play power.

The idea of Muk and Come to Play rule is the Muk's power only affect "In-Play" cards. "Come to Play power" is trigger "before the card In-Play". So it is not affected by Muk.

The same idea MAY (I only say may) also apply on Brock's Ninetales's power. If it like Muk that only affect "In-play" card, the "Come to Play Power" could still work.

An opposite opinion is the Evolution card is bring to play "BY" the Brock's Ninetales's power, so it should also affect the card all the time even before the card is "In-play". So "Come to Play" power will not work.

Both side has good reason. It is depended on how WotC interprate the Brock's Ninetales' power.

I am too lazy to check Compendium. I don't know if a rule is exist yet.
