First, Dark Feraligatr shuts down "Baby Pokemon Powers" and prevents all babies from attacking, right?

Does Baby Pokemon Power mean the "Baby rule"?
Or does it mean their actual Poke-Power (Playful Punch for instance)?
Or both?

Also, since nowhere on the Pokemon Breeding Fields card does it say that it counts as evolving the pokemon, can you place a Stage 1 pokemon on its basic on the same turn you played the basic to your bench?

Dark 'Gatr only stops Baby Pokémon Powers and attacks when it is active. It does nothing to the Baby Rule.

Pokémon Breeding Fields

quote:
Flip a coin for 1 or 2 of your non-Baby Pokémon that can evolve. For each heads, search your deck for a later-Stage card that matches that Pokémon. Then put that card into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.
Pokémon Breeding Fields allows you to search for an evolution card for the Pokémon you flipped head on. It does not allow you to play the card.

Here's another newbie question:

We flip a coin at the beginning of the game, and I call it right. I choose to go first. After setting our basics and prizes down, do I get to draw a card?

Or is the first player not allowed to draw?

Under the current, official, US rules, you get to draw a card.
