what ya nead to know? Well, all but 2 are tripple star rair, that meens that they are more rair then holo rair cards (execpt for the older cards that are out of print..) You can only have 1 of say a Shining Tyrantar in your deck.
They have difernt engery requirements because- well I'm thinking to make there attacks harder to use- mainly there attacks for the most part are relly good- (up for debate) so I guess thats the reasion. Also I think they are ment to be rair becasue the gameboy ones are hard to catch.
hope that helps.

Erica total 24, thats right, 24.
Dunsprace total 41.
I've gotten 98 on that Machoke at work game. I beat Driving Corasola.
I almost beat the record in Hold Down hip hop. I got 2000 or so in Kinglers day. I got 7 in Rapadash's dash. Butterfree's Flower Power 4700. 123 In Jumping Dodoro. My all foil deck is finished.

"I've got floating engery."
"I've got counter productive Powers."

"One heart can make a diferance."
"Rock the world baby, rock the world."
"Roll out!!"

Well, some are good and some are bad. I'll go through each one for ya! In Revelation they came out with Shining Magikarp and Gyarados. The Magikarp was rather useless, he could have both players draw 2 cards or Search for Shining, Dark, or Regular Gyarados from your deck.
The Gyarados was an interesting card. His first attack cost 2 water and a fighting to use and it did thirty plus if heads ten more for each damage counter on the gyarados. The second works great with Miracle Energy. It costs 2 Fire and 2 Water. To use the attack you have to discard two fire (Miracle Energy [Angel] ) and you flip a coin (I'm not so sure on this) if heads you get to discard an energy card from each pokemon on your opponent's bench that has any.
In destiny there were several. In my opinion don't even waste your time with the Charizard, Steelix, and Kabutops. The Mewtwo (can't recall his attacks, but they were pretty decent) and the Tyranitar which had great attacks (A little high on energy cost though)
The only other thing is that all Shinings are basic pokemon!

If you would like more info than you could try looking for a card list or possible some professor would have a idea (I at the moment don't have any shinings so I'm going by Memory)

--------------------
The Evolution of Steelix:
My many Steelix deck versions:
Electro-Crush (Rockets Zapdos)
Steel-Slash (Rocket's Scyther)
Steelix's Memory (Neo 3 Aerodactyl)
Whirpool Crush (Umbreon, Dark Vaporeon)
Crush Down (Arcanine)
Kabulix (Kabutops)
Steeleon (Espeon, holo Discovery)

And maybe more to come!

New Project: Swap n' Memory Raging (Aerodactyl [Revelation], Alakazam [Base/LC])

Espeon is 1!

In all actuality...if playing unlimited (which, not many do) Shining Kabutops is pretty deadly with Blastoise...hydroslash or somthing does damage for each Water energy, with no limit [Smile]

You forgot Raichu...which coudl be alright as a suprise...and Noctowl (which is rather decent)

But, because you can only have one of each in your deck...they don't see much MF play
