Topic: Some colorless type questions

Well, I got my hands on two Aquapolis booster packs, and in one I found Blissey and Boost Energy so I want to know if boost removes 3 damage counters with Blissey's happy healing:
1-If you attach a Boost to Blissey, how many damage counters would it remove with Happy healing Poké-power? I think that it removes 3 because Blissey say Energy, not Energy cards, am I correct?
My second question involves a more complex situation:
2-There is an Ecogym in play, Light Dragonite is active, you play an Energy Removal and discard your opponent's Darkness energy, would the dark go back to the hand or would it go to the discard pile because it provides colorless energy (I'm not sure if Light Dragonite makes Special Energy provide ![[White Mana]](../tcg/graemlins/white_mana.gif) because I only have a Japanese one) ?; and would the Recycle Energy return to your hand?, I think it does because the ability happens after it is out of play, and then L. Dragonite's power can't afect it anymore.
Can you help me out with these questions?

2. it does not return FTC:
Q. If I have a Light Dragonite active, with Ecogym in play and I use SER to remove 1 Recycle Energy and 1 Darkness Energy from the opponent's active Tyranitar, BOTH energy cards go to the discard pile, right?
A. Correct. They would still be considered Special Energy cards BUT they would also be colorless energy cards in this case and so Ecogym would NOT protect them. (Feb 28, 2002 WotC Chat, Q468)
