As some of you might know, I highly enjoy playing with Steelix and now with Aquapolis I need a few new ideas to try out! So just chuck as many ideas as you can at me (just make them reasonable if not great) Thanks alot!
-------------------- The Evolution of Steelix: My many Steelix deck versions: Electro-Crush (Rockets Zapdos) Steel-Slash (Rocket's Scyther) Steelix's Memory (Neo 3 Aerodactyl) Whirpool Crush (Umbreon, Dark Vaporeon) Crush Down (Arcanine) Kabulix (Kabutops) Steeleon (Espeon, holo Discovery)
And maybe more to come!
New Project: Swap n' Memory Raging (Aerodactyl [Revelation], Alakazam [Base/LC])
Espeon is 1!

Well there's lots of possibilities. Weakness Guard/shield/whatever it's called would be good with all the big fire that's out there. There a lots of techable water cards like Psyduck and Chinchou. Warp Energy might be useful for switching around, though you still got Switch and Ballon Berry. That's all I got off the top of my head.

How about Aquapolis Jumpluff? It's Poke-Power allows Jumpluff to ignore any damage and Special Conditions with a successful coin flip. This can be good for stalling so you can power up Steelix at the same time. This can also be combined with a Rainbow Energy incase you don't have a Metal energy in your hand.
