There it reads

This attack's damage isn't affected by Weakness, Resistance, Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies, or any other effects on the Defending Pokemon.

Is Baby Power included in this too?

no , it doesnt include baby rule.You still have to flip for it

swift and faint attack doesnt affect anything to defending pokemon including metal energies + agility

Call it the Baby Rule and not the Baby Power and it's easier to understand that it still works.

Reason being is the Baby Rule negates attacks, not damage. Swift is still subject to this.
