[CHRISBO EDIT - Fixed title to be more descriptive too, "ah!"]

I hear that in the new rules you can only use 4 same pokemon but If I want to use 5 Eevee(s) for vaporeon,jolteon,flareon,espeon,umbreon, and If I want to use a item that help me search the evolutions ah?... [Dropjaw]

You've ALWAYS only been able to use 4 Pokemon with the same name in a deck...so it's not a 'new' rule. You'll just have to pick your Eeveelutions; you should always have more basics than stage ones in a deck, anyway...
