In this thread, you can make Pokemon (the characters), Pokemon Tools/TM's/Trainers (the items), Supporters (Assist Trophies) or Stadiums (the stadiums). I will make one first.

Water Guard
This pokemon can not take damage from water type pokemon. This pokemon gains a +10 weakness to L type pokemon.

Looks nice. Could use a little less Retreat, possibly zero.

The Level Xs are supposed to have the exact same statistics as the original, but it should have the Final Smash attack, and the attack should discard the LvX, but not the actual Pokemon.

When a character gets the Smash Ball, it's HP doesn't go up. It just gets a new attack, the Final Smash, or it transforms.

I'll explain this a little bit better. Each character should usually have 4 attacks on its first stage, then 1 attack on its LV.X which discards the LV.X. Items should be Brawl items. There could be exceptions, like Pokemon Trainer's Pokemon and Zelda/Sheik could have Poke-Powers instead of attacks, but this should be how it is for most of them. The LV.X's should have the same stats as the regular, the only thing that it should gain is the attack.

You sort of have the right idea. Fox has a bit too much HP. It should have Fox Illusion instead of Into the War Zone. Fox LvX should have the same stats, and it's PokePower/PokeBody/Attack should be Landmaster, and I guess because the Landmaster has different attacks, you could put those. Be sure to make it discard itself in a few turns. Also, Smart Bomb is an item, not an attack.
