It seemed to me like everyone had a great time at the LA Pre-release at the Beach! I know we did!! Even though my daughter almost backed out on going because there weren't any Theme Decks left!! It's a good thing she changed her mind!

Thanks Totoro! The door prizes, posters, Japanese Pokemon cards ... everything was great! Thanks to the judges who came down for the event as well! You guys ROCK!

And thanks for the support of those who joined us from other leagues as well. You helped us "pack the house!" Yeah - I know - it's a tiny place - but you hardly notice that Sunday!!

Wow - this is one Birthday I won't soon forget! Even if that "Legendary Birthday" Pokemon forgot to put any thing extra special in my packs! Sniff sniff.... :lol:.... Just you wait - I'll catch him next year!! LOL!!!

Here's hoping we get to do another Pre-release at the Beach!!

Back when we first started it, totoro wanted to experiment with it while I thought no one would actually be interested. And now, totoro doesn't order enough theme decks while I suggest it to more players :lol:

I just saw the numbers in the age divisions. Looks like this prerelease is going to the juniors unless there's a strong showing of masters at RC. Come on, masters players, we've got to take back this game :cool:

Flight 2 was actually 3/4 full, not half like I thought. This means I may have to do more thinking for the next prerelease.

Wow. Good job to Dean for making top cut. Awesome job! Sorry that Steven and Dean got paired in like round 6 or something. Just like league. LOL

Great job to all the other VA players representing. We'll see you all when you get home.
 
I agree with ya Kevin, it sucks to see out of all those people the 2 you're rooting for (in that division) play each other. GL to DEAN, bring home the gold!
